• We will ship your fish with 100% confidence in their health.
  • Contact us immediately if there are any problems with your shipment or fish.
  • In the event of a DOA or health related death in the 14 Day Warranty Period a claim can be filed using our convenient online claim form.  Photographs of any deceased fish are required.  You will receive a Full Refund for the purchase price of the fish. We do not send replacement fish. We do not refund shipping charges.
  • If your box arrives crushed or damaged by UPS or FedEx, please document the damage with photographs and contact us. A claim will need to be filed with the carrier. You will be refunded for any DOA caused by a damaged box or delayed shipment.
  • The full purchase price will be refunded for any fish that perishes during the 14 Day Warranty Period as a result of a health related issue.
  • Shipping costs are not included in the guarantee and will not be refunded in whole or in part.
  • Our Warranty does not cover fish loss due to any environmental issues, water quality problems or negligence by the customer.
