Koi to the World guarantees live, healthy fish upon arrival, EVERY FISH, EVERY DELIVERY,
EVERY TIME!

We must be notified by the purchaser within 2 hours of arrival if there is a problem with your order

You must be available on the day when your fish are to be delivered

Fish replacement is limited to the price paid for the fish ONLY

Shipping charges are third party, therefore they will not be refunded/credited unless the loss of the fish is a direct result of the carriers negligence. We will then file a claim in order for your shipping charges to be refunded & depending on the circumstances, you may then be eligible to receive a full or partial refund for the cost of the fish from the carrier.
